About the job

Your main responsibility is to work on the core platform, written in Elixir, contributing to our roadmap. We’ve been working on Elixir and Phoenix from the get-go. Most of our team worked with object-oriented languages like Ruby before, so for us, Elixir perfectly combines the developer experiences of functional programming, Rails, and the power of OTP. Of course, you also have room to find your niche within our team. You'll be working in a Remote-first mixed team of engineers. Although there is always the chance to join us at our office in Rotterdam.

• You’ll work together in a smaller focus group on one of our projects.
• You write code that - a year from now - you’ll be able to look at and not wonder what on earth you were thinking.
• You mentor other engineers and enjoy learning from one another.
• You get work done and really help us move forward.

About you

You’re looking for a job in a fast-paced environment.

Some things on our wish list:

• You have experience with Elixir, Ruby, Erlang [or related frameworks].

• Fluent in English;

• Based in EU (hard requirement), preferably in NL;

• Experience in working in a remote environment;
