About the job

You'll be working closely with the Product and Engineering team and be reporting to the Head of Product.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

• Plan and execute user research to validate design hypotheses

• Translate research insights into actionable product and design decisions

• Facilitate design thinking workshops to align teams around user problems

• Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes

• Test and iterate on prototypes and design solutions

• Support design decisions with data and user insights

• Share knowledge and collaborate closely with UX peers and the Product Analyst to drive strong, user-centered design decisions

• Deliver validated, development-ready designs

• Design handoff and collaboration with the Engineering team

• Advocating for UX best practices and standards

• Maintain and evolve the design system

About you

You are a senior UX designer who feels comfortable working across the end to end UX process, from discovery to final design. You enjoy working as part of a team, sharing knowledge, and supporting others in their growth. You thrive in fast-moving environments and care deeply about creating meaningful, user-centered products. You’re able to balance empathy, data, and pragmatism when making design decisions.

Our requirements:

• UX research and synthesis skills

• Strong UX/UI design skills 

• Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and visual design

• Confidence facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders

• Ability to translate insights into clear design solutions

• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and UX peers

• Interest in mentoring, supporting, and learning from fellow designers through feedback, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

• Familiarity with analytics to inform UX decisions

• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles

• Experience designing for scalability and consistency
