For this job, we’re either looking for a full-time Intern or a Working Student who would be available for at least 16 hours per week. Start date is flexible, but the sooner the better.

About the job

Most companies still hire based on CVs, gut feeling, and "culture fit" interviews. We're building the alternative: Using cognitive behavioural science and data to help companies make smarter, fairer hiring decisions. And we need someone to help us reach the organisations that need this most.

As our Sales & AI Intern/Working Student, you'll be the person who figures out how potential customers currently hire, and where they could do way better. You'll dig into their processes, spot the gaps, and turn what you find into insights that help our sales team start better conversations. On top of that, you'll use AI tools to make our outreach faster and smarter, and help build materials that win bigger deals. And of course, we’ll help you to become an expert, so don’t worry about not knowing this already.

This isn't a "sit in the corner and take notes" internship or working student role. You'll have real ownership over how we find, understand, and reach new customers. You'll work closely with our commercial team and report directly to Fleur, our Co-Founder & CCO.


What you'll be doing:

  • Research target companies and reverse-engineer how they hire: tools they use, stages candidates go through, and where bias and inefficiency creep in. You turn this information into insights that the team can act on.

  • Build and maintain AI-powered sales workflows, making use of tools like Claude.

  • Help the Sales team craft tailored business cases, pitch decks, and ROI models for larger accounts

  • Track and map the competitive landscape

  • Keep our CRM clean, enriched, and useful

  • Experiment constantly with new AI tools and approaches, document what works, and help the team adopt it

About you

You're the kind of person who, when you hear about something new, immediately goes down a rabbit hole, figuring out how it works. You've already been playing with AI tools on your own - not because someone told you to, but because you can't help it. And you care about making an impact, not just adding a line to your CV.

What we're looking for:

  • First of all, we have zero requirements when it comes to your educational background or previous experience. We built a company around hiring for potential, so it'd be pretty weird if we didn't practice that ourselves.

  • You're naturally curious, the kind of person who already tinkers with AI tools and automation just because it's fun

  • You're proactive; you spot opportunities and run with them without waiting for someone to point the way

  • You're based in the Netherlands and can come to the office 1-2 days a week (in Rotterdam)

  • You feel a connection with our mission: reducing bias and making hiring fairer

  • You're comfortable communicating in English, both writing and speaking

Most importantly: You're probably still studying, which means you might not fully know yet what kind of team, role, or working style suits you best. That's completely fine and only normal. We want this to be a place where you figure that out, while doing work that genuinely matters.
