We introduce a new way of hiring - unbiased and objective. This needs some explaining sometimes. As our Intern Organisational Psychologist, you’ll be responsible for supporting our team being able to consult our customers on how to use and understand our tool correctly. You’ll support our CS team and Organisational Psychologist in their day-to-day tasks interpreting results, analysing data and information and translating this into understandable insights. In addition, you help them to define the hiring needs per role (looking at cognition and behaviour). This role is perfect for you if you want to learn to work alongside customers and help them hire the right people objectively and competency based. Besides the CS team you’re part of, you’ll be integrating a lot of your work with our Science team too. You'll work closely with our organisational psychologist Joris, our customer success colleagues and you’ll report to Julie, our Head of CS & Growth.
These are things you will be doing on a regular day:
Attend internal meetings with the CS and the science team, as well as customer meetings
Support organizing training sessions about the use of our game-based assessments and how to interpret them
Help customers identify and define their hiring needs per role
Analyse customers’ applicant pools, as well as their quality of hires to further improve their hiring decisions
Inform our science (and product) teams about how our customers use the product and what they might need to maximise their use of it.
You are a student rounding up your Psychology studies, who believes in the connection between growing talent and overall business success. We’re looking for someone who is interested in the intersection between science and business. You are curious-minded and want to learn everything about selection and recruitment, while you also have a commercial-mindset. You thrive when you are able to help our customers in their journey to unbiased hiring, by developing authentic approaches to identifying top talent, scale their processes, and create a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
Some things on our wish list:
Fluency in Dutch and English (level C2 or bi-langual native, hard requirement);
You have a background in (organisational) psychology and understand how to read and interpret scientific research papers, including some basic knowledge on statistics (hard requirement);
We help companies reduce bias in their recruitment process. We enable companies to make smarter hiring decisions. We empower companies to build diverse and high-performing teams.
With a passion for inclusivity and innovation, Equalture is committed to reshaping the future of hiring, unlocking every individual's true potential, and driving success for businesses worldwide. Because we celebrate diversity and are promoting an inclusive environment in which our team members from all different backgrounds, ages, genders or sexual orientations feel equally appreciated.
As part of your application, we will ask you to complete Equalture's game-based assessment. You'll get an invite via e-mail shortly after your application. The assessment is designed to give everyone an equal opportunity. These games give you the chance to showcase your talents, while allowing us to assess our applicants more objectively and fairly. They require no prior knowledge or practice: above all, be yourself!
Do you want to join our team as our new Organisational Psychologist Intern? Then we'd love to hear about you!
