Your game plan.
This role will be a challenging next step in your career. As an experienced Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS, you have pretty much seen it all. Well, when it comes to Customer Success, obviously. ;) 

You've learned from your mistakes en you've tweaked them into best practices. You are now ready to put all of these puzzle pieces together, to turn this into your very own, successful, Customer Success Strategy.  Directly reporting to the founders, you will start your journey in a senior role, with the support of one other Customer Support/Success collegae. But slowly but surely, you will build you own power team to help you execute your strategy. 

Requirements

What we offer.
Good money; between € 3,800 and € 4,400 gross.
