We are expanding rapidly in Europe and we're planning to do that even faster. Therefore we're looking for a Dutch speakingĀ SalesĀ Development Representative to join our rockstar Sales team! This position is a great landing spot for someone looking to grow further within our sales team. šŖ As we grow, we offer you plenty of room for professional growth and more responsibility.
Your key responsibility is to follow up with as many MarketingĀ Qualified Leads (MQLs) as possible. You will accelerate our sales pipeline together with our Sales Development Representatives and the marketing team. This requires constant improving your strategy to let new leads fall in love with our product just as heavily as we do. It is really important to understand what companies fit our vision and goal to turn the recruitment market upside down. In this role, you will be part of our international sales team - which currently consists of 2 Sales Development Representatives, 2 Business Development Representatives, 2 Account Executives, a Sales Analyst, our Head of Sales and our CCO. You will work closely with and report directly to our Head of Sales.
These are things you will be doing on a regular day:
Reaching out to Marketing Qualified Leads;
Growing our sales pipeline;
Making sure that the calendars of our Account Executives are filled with potential customers;
Work closely together with the marketing team to analyze your outreach strategy with their lead generation projects;
Working closely together with the commercial team to ensure that our strategies and execution stay in line with our vision and goals.
