We want to take over the world. That’s why we’re looking for people to help us grow and want to grow with us. No growth without someone taking care of our HQ - we’re looking for an Office Manager. We’d wanted to have you on board yesterday, but tomorrow is also fine!


About the job

We’re looking for an Office Manager who enjoys working on various different projects per day, a real ‘fixer’! Whether it’s making sure that the Management Teams gets its sh*t together, organising team events, welcoming new colleagues, or keeping the HR-administration up to date, you got it all covered. Structuring our chaos while making sure that everything runs smoothly should be your talent. You'll be working closely with our People & Culture manager and be reporting to the Management Team. 

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Managing the calendars of the Management team and making sure that they have got their sh*t together;

  • Organising team events;

  • HR admin support;

  • Onboarding packages for new colleagues;

  • Office management (such as managing the contact with the cleaners and making sure all groceries are in)

  • And more! :-)
