Office Manager (16-24 hours)

Job description

We are shaping the world of unbiased hiring. Ready to shake things up with us? 🚀

We need you on our mission to change the traditional recruitment process and make a lasting impact on the way we hire! We are Equalture, a Rotterdam-based scaleup, building a hiring technology that helps companies hire the best-fit people unbiasedly. At Equalture there’s never a dull moment - whether we’re working or playing! Do you want to work with clients like Flink, Pon, Pepsico and SuperSide, founders with a mission (who actually got a pat on the back by Forbes) and most of all a team with people who want to make the world a better place?! Don’t hesitate to reach out!

Help us spread our mission globally 🌎

We want to take over the world. That’s why we’re looking for people to help us grow and want to grow with us. No growth without someone taking care of our HQ - we’re looking for an Office Manager. We’d wanted to have you on board yesterday, but tomorrow is also fine!

About the job

We’re looking for an Office Manager who enjoys working on various different projects per day, a real ‘fixer’! Whether it’s making sure that the Management Teams gets its sh*t together, organising team events, welcoming new colleagues, or keeping the HR-administration up to date, you got it all covered. Structuring our chaos while making sure that everything runs smoothly should be your talent. You'll be working closely with our People & Culture manager and be reporting to the Management Team.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Managing the calendars of the Management team and making sure that they have got their sh*t together;

  • Organising team events;

  • HR admin support;

  • Onboarding packages for new colleagues;

  • Office management (such as managing the contact with the cleaners and making sure all groceries are in)

  • And more! :-)

About you

We are looking for someone who’s able to keep our office cozy, organized and our administration on point. Apart from your skills, you live, breathe and share our mission of shaping the world of unbiased hiring. After all, that’s the most important thing in order to be happy and successful here!

Some things on our wish list:

  • You breathe structure, organisation and happiness;

  • You love a dynamic startup environment in which there’s never a dull moment;

  • You can be at our HQ at least two times a week;

  • You believe in our mission;

  • You enjoy working together with different teams;

  • You speak English;

  • Last but not least: you love our office dogs! 🐶

What we offer:

  • The startup experience - responsibility, freedom/flexibility, and enormously fast developments;

  • Unlimited holidays;

  • The possibility to work on your mental and physical health with OpenUp ClassPass and OneFit.

  • A competitive compensation;

  • Remote, hybrid - you choose;

  • A tight-knit bunch of colleagues;

  • Drinks every Friday and a proper beer pong competition every now and then;

  • Occasional cuddle sessions with our Chief Happiness Officers 🐶;

  • A culture where every win will be celebrated together - preferably with champagne!

Don't feel insecure. You don't need to meet all the requirements. If you feel the calling and only meet a few, we're curious to hear why you think you're the perfect candidate.
