We are looking for an International Business Development Summer Intern to help us spread our mission all across the globe. Because we are not just aiming for growth - we are aiming for a lasting change in the way we hire people. We are expanding rapidly in Europe and we're planning to do that even faster in 2021! Therefore we're looking for a Business Development intern to join our rockstar team! This position is a great landing spot for a kick-ass student looking to grow further within an international sales team. 💪 As we expand, the position will involve a lot of responsibility and will offer plenty of room for professional growth.
Your key responsibility is to find and create as many Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) as possible. You will conduct multichannel outbound sales cycles to build and accelerate our sales pipeline together with our amazing Sales Development Representative. You will be constantly improving your strategy to let new leads fall in love with our product just as heavily as we do. You’re not just selling a product; you’re selling an innovative and new way of building a team! Therefore it’s equally important to really understand what companies fit our vision and goal to turn the recruitment market upside down. In this role, you will be part of our international sales team - which currently consists of 2 senior Business Development Managers, 2 Sales Development Representatives, and our CCO. You will report directly to our CCO.
