We are looking for an International Business Development Intern to help us spread our mission all across the globe. Because we are not just aiming for growth - we are aiming for a lasting change in the way we hire people.
We're looking for an International Business Development Intern starting latest on the 1st of September.
We are expanding rapidly in Europe and we're planning to do that even faster in 2022! Therefore we're looking for an International Business Development Intern to join our rockstar team! This position is a great landing spot for someone looking to grow further within an international sales team. 💪 As we expand, the position will involve a lot of responsibility and will offer plenty of room for professional growth.
Your key responsibility is to evaluate and analyze leads that are coming in via our Marketing team (MQLs). You will conduct multichannel sales cycles to build and accelerate our sales pipeline together with our amazing Sales Development Representatives. You will be constantly improving your strategy to let new leads fall in love with our product just as heavily as we do. You’re not just selling a product; you’re selling an innovative and new way of building a team! Therefore it’s equally important to really understand what companies fit our vision and goal to turn the recruitment market upside down. In this role, you will be part of our international sales team - which currently consists of 3 Senior Sales Development Representatives, 2 Account Executives and our Head of Sales. You will report directly to our CCO.
These are things you will be doing on a regular day:
Qualifying potential leads;
Reaching out to qualified leads;
Growing our sales pipeline;
Making sure that the calendars of our Business Development Managers will be filled with potential customers who are heavily falling in love with our product thanks to your stories;
Analysing your outreach strategy
Working closely together with the commercial team to ensure that our strategies and execution stay in line with our vision and goals;
Cuddling with our office dogs 🐶.
