About the job

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will not just be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction; it’s your job to make sure our clients use our product in the best possible way and will therefore stay with us forever! This includes taking care of the strategy and implementation of onboarding, account management and support.

 

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

 

  • Working on creating the best possible onboarding plan for our clients;

  • Managing and delivering educations for our clients;

  • Identifying metrics for tracking customer satisfaction and customer success;

  • Guiding clients through active account management and upselling;

  • Discussing strategies with the product- and sales team to make sure new features will be educated properly amongst both current and new clients;

  • Providing clients with customer support.

Requirements

 

About you

You have experience with customer success in SaaS B2B companies, so you will know how to make people fall in love with cool products that are making their life easier. You’re empathic and constantly seeking for ways to make sure every single feature is implemented in the very best way. And the most important thing: both clients and colleagues love working with you.

 

Preferably:

  • You have experience with SaaS B2B products;

  • You know how to design and implement customer success plans;

  • You have some experience with products such as Intercom to automate parts of the customer success process and to analyze relevant data.

  • You love working with people.
