Based in Rotterdam, powered by a team of experts in technology and talent acquisition, we have raised funding from top venture capital firms to scale our platform globally.

Help us spread our mission globally

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to help us spread our mission all across the globe. Because we are not just aiming for growth - we are aiming for a lasting change in the way we hire people. 

We're looking for a Customer Success Intern starting on the 1st of February.

About the job 

Equalture’s CS team has as its main goal to make sure that our clients are happy and use the platform in the right way and to enable them to be able to digest the information that we provide them with so they hire the right people. This means we onboard, educate and analyse clients on a daily, proactive basis to make sure they experience and acknowledge the effect Equalture has on their hiring processes.
These are things we would like you to contribute to:
  • Provide background research on best practises for enabling clients to use Equalture in the best way possible;
  • Collect and monitor real customer data;
  • Making sure all customer information is up-to-date;
  • Collaborate with the CS team to help out clients with all their inquiries;
  • Assist our chat support;
  • Report on the results of your research project that impacts the performance of the CS team.


About you  

You are looking for an internship in which you will play a crucial role in our Customer Success team. You want to feel what it’s like to work in a fast growing startup where everyone is in it to win it! You love SaaS and our philosophy so you will manage to make people fall in love with our product and show them how Equalture makes their life better. You’re emphatic and constantly seeking for ways to make sure people understand both the ‘why’ and ‘how’. And the most important thing: both clients and colleagues love working with you. Preferably:

  • Professional English proficiency;
  • Available for a minimum of 5 months;
  • You have an affinity with SaaS and tech;
  • You’re very eager to achieve your goals and to learn;
  • Ready to conquer the world and enter the amazing world called startup life. 🤘
