We are looking for a Commercial Business Analyst Intern to help us spread our mission all across the globe. You will act as an accelerator to our growth by being the connection between Customer Success, Sales & Marketing.

About the job

We're looking for a Commercial Business Analyst Intern to join our team. You will be identifying, collecting, analysing and reporting on both primary and secondary sources. You’re constantly looking for ways to improve our own data collection as well as supporting all the commercial teams in terms of analysis and reporting. Next to the collection and analysis of the data you also maintain the data structure in the CRM and make changes upon requests from the commercial teams. Of course, whenever you get the chance you will scope out interesting secondary data sources and provide insights into market metrics that deepen our understanding of our market.

Just like we believe in objective data to help companies reduce bias in their hiring process, we also believe in objective data to accelerate our growth. That is why we are looking for you!

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Creating Dashboards and Reports based on company data.

  • Collecting secondary data to provide the company with new market insights and help turn these insights into new strategies.

  • Combining primary and secondary resources to scope out opportunities.

  • Filtering and cleaning data.

  • Locating and defining new growth opportunities.

  • Improving data collection methods and databases.


About you

You have already checked out our vision and mission and this is something that strongly resonates with you. You are highly motivated to do an internship where you can make a difference. You love data, want to learn more about the interplay of commercial teams at a B2B organisation, and you know about all the ways of getting your hands on it. You love collaboration and find it easy to navigate between different stakeholders when working on a data project. Working in a fast-paced environment is something that suits you and gets you moving.

Required for this position:

  • You are (semi) fluent in English;

  • You possess excellent analytical skills combined with a good eye for detail;

  • Excel holds no mysteries for you, SQL is something you’re familiar with and want to learn more about;

  • You are able to be with us for at least 5 months and intend to stick around with us after your internship;

  • (Nice to have) experience with data scraping and HubSpot.
