Based in Rotterdam, powered by a team of experts in engineering and talent acquisition, we have raised funding from top venture capital firms to scale our platform globally. We are looking for our first Growth Marketer to help us scale and shape the 🌍 of unbiased hiring for SMBs globally! 🚀


Your game plan. 

As our Business Development Manager, it’s your responsibility to get new kick-ass customers on board from all over Europe. Your SDR colleagues in the team - together with our marketing team - will make sure your calendar is full with cool ICP companies who can’t wait to explore Equalture! Some things you will be focussing on:

  • Taking care of prospects from the first meeting until the moment you can hand them over to our rockstar CS team;
  • Brainstorming about marketing campaigns together with the marketing team;
  • Following up on MQL leads;
  • Working closely with our Partnership managers on expanding qualitative partnerships;
  • Continuously improving the way in which we explain Equalture (and its ROI) to your prospects;
  • Having brainstorm sessions with our Product Team on how we can turn our product into our growth engine.


As our Business Development Manager, you will be working closely with all of our teams. You’ll have a direct impact on Equalture’s growth pace and be given plenty of room to experiment! You’ll report directly to our Sales lead and will work closely with our founding team.


Requirements

What we look for.

We are looking for a proven professional being able to sell complex B2B software solutions (preferably SaaS). Apart from your skills, you need to live, breathe and share our mission of shaping the world of unbiased hiring within fast growing scaleups from all over Europe.


> 1-3 years of experience in sales (at the second half of the pipeline specifically), preferably in a high growth B2B SaaS Startup/Scaleup environment

> An entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. Determination to develop new ideas and approaches that no one else is doing. You should have the drive to keep pushing to make things better, faster and smarter to allow Equalture to scale even faster!

> You want to be part of a team that thinks in terms of we, not I.

> Full professional English proficiency

> Preferably a dog lover… 🐶
