About the job

As our Account Executive, it’s your responsibility to make potential customers fall in love with our product and get them on board. Your SDR colleagues in the team - together with our marketing team - will make sure your calendar is full with the most amazing prospects who can’t wait to explore Equalture! Some things you will be focussing on:

  • Taking care of prospects from the first meeting until the moment you can hand them over to our rockstar CS team;

  • Brainstorming about marketing campaigns together with the marketing team;

  • Working closely with our Partnership managers on expanding qualitative partnerships;

  • Continuously improving the way in which we explain Equalture (and its ROI) to your prospects;

  • Having brainstorm sessions with our Product Team on how we can turn our product into our growth engine.

As our Account Executive, you will be working closely with all of our teams, and have a direct impact on Equalture’s growth pace! You’ll report directly to our Head of Sales and will work closely with our founding team.

Requirements

About you

We are looking for someone who’s able to sell complex B2B software solutions (preferably SaaS). Apart from your skills, you live, breathe and share our mission of shaping the world of unbiased hiring. After all, that’s the most important thing in order to be happy and successful here!

Some things on our wish list:

  • You have a couple of years experience in sales;

  • Good problem-solving skills, as you will have to be able to quickly reveal a prospect’s real problems and how we could help them with their problems;

  • A healthy balance between being collaborative and having a team spirit, while also being eager to win and determined;

  • Someone’s who is structured;

  • Someone’s who is flexible, as we’re a startup in which things often change;

  • Preferably a dog lover…. 🐶;

  • Full professional Dutch and English proficiency (and more languages are always cool!).
