Then please reach out - we would have been happy to have you on board yesterday, but tomorrow is also fine!

What you'll get

  • The startup experience - accountability, freedom/flexibility, and enormously fast developments;

  • The possibility to work on your mental and physical health with OpenUp and OneFit or ClassPass;

  • Compensation of €500 per month;

  • Hybrid way of working;

  • Occasional cuddle sessions with our Cuddle Officers 🐶;

  • A culture where every win will be celebrated!

About the job

Most companies still hire based on CVs, gut feeling, and "culture fit" interviews. We're building the alternative: using cognitive behavioural science and data to help companies make smarter, fairer hiring decisions. And we need someone to help us tell that story, faster and smarter, with AI.

As our Marketing & AI Intern/Working Student, you'll help bring the Equalture brand to life across content, campaigns, and channels, while using AI tools to get more out of every piece of work we produce. You'll spot what's working, what isn't, and turn that into content and campaigns that actually land. On top of that, you'll experiment with AI to speed up research, content creation, and reporting, and help the wider team adopt what works. And of course, we'll help you become an expert, so don't worry about not knowing this already.

This isn't a "sit in the corner and take notes" internship or working student role. You'll have real ownership over how we create, test, and improve our marketing output. You'll work closely with our marketing team and report directly to Julie, our Head of CS & Growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Write and produce content for our blog, website, emails, and social media, using AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and editing;

  • Build and maintain AI-powered marketing workflows, using tools like Claude, to make content creation and reporting faster;

  • Track campaign and content performance, and turn the data into insights the team can act on;

  • Help build and refine marketing assets like one-pagers, case studies, and reports;

  • Track and map the competitive and marketing landscape;

  • Experiment constantly with new AI tools and approaches, document what works, and help the team adopt it.

About you

You're the kind of person who, when you hear about something new, immediately goes down a rabbit hole, figuring out how it works. You've already been playing with AI tools on your own - not because someone told you to, but because you can't help it. And you care about making an impact, not just adding a line to your CV.

What we're looking for:

  • First of all, we have zero requirements when it comes to your educational background or previous experience. We built a company around hiring for potential, so it'd be pretty weird if we didn't practice that ourselves.

  • You're naturally curious, the kind of person who already tinkers with AI tools and automation just because it's fun;

  • You're proactive; you spot opportunities and run with them without waiting for someone to point the way;

  • You're based in the Netherlands and can come to the office 1-2 days a week (in Rotterdam);

  • You feel a connection with our mission: reducing bias and making hiring fairer;

  • You're comfortable communicating in English, both writing and speaking;

  • Most importantly: You're probably still studying, which means you might not fully know yet what kind of team, role, or working style suits you best. That's completely fine and only normal. We want this to be a place where you figure that out, while doing work that genuinely matters.

Do you want to join our team as our new Marketing & AI Intern/Working Student? Then we'd love to hear about you!

During this job application, we will ask you to play a couple of short neuroscientific games. These games (yep, built by Equalture!) provide you with the opportunity to showcase your potential and talents. As a result, we can evaluate everyone based on objective, scientifically proven insights rather than gut feeling. As we value personal growth and transparency, we will make sure you receive your results on the games as well. Good luck!
