About the job

We're looking for a growth marketer with experience in data analysis, (social media) campaigns and search engine marketing. You are the driving force behind our digital marketing initiatives and measuring their successes.  Which means you’ll be accountable for the digital strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers. 

You’ll be working closely with our CS-team and reporting to our Head of Customer Success & Growth. 

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

• Analysis of campaigns to target our ideal target audience;

• Identifying trends to see opportunities for improvement of our digital campaigns;

• Collaborating with our CS and Founding team to optimise demand generation strategies, 

• Managing our content calendar; 

• SEM, Paid and Organic Growth; 

• Manage Equalture’s campaigns on social media and other platforms in order to target the right audience and expand our network;

About you

You have already checked out our vision and mission and this is something that strongly resonates with you. Ideally, you have some knowledge about HR tech, SaaS and/or the Recruitment Industry. Plus, you love numbers, as a growth marketer, you know how to optimise campaigns and drive growth by analysing and interpreting data. You love to explore new ideas and are self-starting turning your ideas into something great. Working in a fast-paced environment is something that suits you and gets your creative juices flowing.

Requirements:

• Professional English & Dutch Proficiency (hard requirement);

• You have an affinity with SaaS, Tech and Recruitment (Nice to have);

• Experience with (social media) campaigns, data analysis and SEM, A/B testing, optimizing landing pages and user funnels (hard requirement)

• A solid knowledge of website analytics tools, Google Ads and Social Media Advertising;
