About the job

We're changing the way enterprises hire frontline workers; using behavioural science and hiring intelligence to help companies make better, fairer decisions at scale. As a Customer Success Manager, you own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and are responsible for their success from day one. You guide customers through our product to help them achieve their hiring objectives, lead strategic QBRs, and work closely with Sales on expansion and renewals. You're not reactive support; you're the reason customers get measurable results, stay, and grow. You'll be working closely with the rest of our CS team and reporting directly to Julie, Head of Customer Success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts (companies hiring 150+ frontline workers per year) and be accountable for their retention and growth

  • Guide customers through our product; from creating their internal benchmark to hiring successfully and gathering performance data

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews that are data-driven and focused on outcomes, not just product updates

  • Partner with Sales on upsell and expansion opportunities within your accounts

  • Onboard new customers effectively, with a focus on fast time-to-value

  • Relay customer insights and feedback to Product to help shape the roadmap

  • Contribute to scalable CS resources; playbooks, guides and training materials; that help the team grow without growing proportionally in headcount

About you

It’s important to really understand what companies fit our vision and aim to turn the recruitment market upside down. You’re empathic and constantly seeking ways to make sure people understand both the ‘why’ and ‘how’. And the most important thing: Both clients and colleagues love working with you.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, project management or recruitment; you know what good enterprise account management looks like

  • Someone who can see the bigger picture and understand what success truly looks like for a customer; we're here to deliver that success together

  • Comfortable owning outcomes, not just activities; you track what matters and have honest conversations when things aren't on track

  • Ability to build strong, lasting relationships

  • Strong communicator who can translate complex product logic into clear, confident guidance for customers

  • Curious, proactive, and data-literate; you use insights to prepare conversations, not just report on them

  • Based in the Netherlands (required)

  • Affinity with our mission: reducing bias and improving fairness in hiring
