About the job

As a Customer Success Intern at Equalture, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our platform. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with clients, understand their needs, and collaborate with our team to enhance the overall customer experience.​

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Support the Customer Success team in onboarding and building lasting customer relationships;

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, collaborating with the team when when additional support is needed;

  • Collect customer feedback, analyze trends, and suggest improvements;

  • Share customer insights with our Sales and Product teams to help improve our platform and ensure our services align with customer needs.

You'll be working closely with the Customer Success Team and be reporting to Customer Success Manager Jasmijn and Head of Customer Success Julie

About you

We’re looking for someone who believes in our mission and wants to help others shape a world of unbiased hiring. You understand why our product is needed and the passion we put into it—because the world should be a fairer place. This combined with an entrepreneurial attitude - being proactive, creative and growth-minded - would make us happy!

Some things on our wish list:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English, (hard-requirement);

  • Available for at least 6 months and a minimum of 32 hrs a week;

  • A genuine passion for enhancing customer experiences and promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices;

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges;

  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
