About the job

As a Customer Success Intern, you will collaborate closely with our experienced Customer Success team to ensure our clients have a seamless and successful journey with Equalture's platform. This role offers a unique starting point to gain hands-on experience in an international team and make a meaningful contribution to our customers' success. You'll be working closely with Masha, Elise and Isa and be reporting to our head of CS, Julie.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Make data-analysis understandable for our customers;
  • Translating the wishes of our customers to articles;
  • Support the CS-team in their preparations for presentations, trainings, implementations, etc.;
  • Offer support to our customers by translating help center articles and answering their questions via chat or email;
  • Process optimization and improvement.

About you

You understand why our product is needed and the love we put in the product - you too believe that the world should be a fairer place. This combined with an entrepreneurial attitude - being proactive, creative and growth-minded - would make us happy!

Some things on our wish list:

  • Fluent in Dutch (hard requirement - native) and English;
  •  No specific educational background in mind - but being business minded is a must;
  • Available for at least 5 months (preferably from 1st September);
  • You are able to learn quickly and aim to achieve your goals;
