About the job

There’s so much to tell the world about unbiased hiring! As a content marketing intern, you’ll be immersed in the world of recruitment and to take responsibility in making your own content. The tasks vary from creating and contributing to the planning of the content. It is your job to ensure our tone of voice across different media channels is consistent and that we’re staying ahead of the game when it comes to your field of expertise. You'll be working closely with the rest of our marketing team and be reporting to Joost, our Head of Marketing.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Creating content (blogs, social media posts, emails, etc.) based on insights from different teams;

  • Making our science accessible for everyone;

  • Research market trends;

  • Distribute content across different channels;

  • Create the content for, and social media calendars with the team.

  • Come up with new exciting ideas which you develop and launch yourself

About you

Is writing something you’re truly interested and passionate about? Do brainstorm sessions with the team inspire you, and are you willing to bring your own perspective to them? Perhaps you’ve already come up with more creative ways to improve and write this specific job description you’re reading…Then this might be the job for you and we bet you have what it takes to bring our content game to the next level!

Some things on our wish list:

  • Dutch-speaker and fluent in English (At least level C1, hard requirement);

  • Someone who’s passionate about our mission (hard requirement);

  • Someone who values teamwork and is collaborative;

  • Knowledge of SEO/Analytics or the willingness to learn about it;

  • Knowledge of Social Media Management or the willingness to learn about it;
