About the job

We introduce a new way of hiring - unbiased and objective. This needs some explaining sometimes. As our Organisational Psychologist, you’ll be responsible for consulting customers on how to use our tool correctly. You’ll support them in interpreting reports and how these can be used to develop talents. In addition, you help them to define the hiring needs per role (looking at cognition and behaviour).. This role is perfect for you if you like to work alongside customers and help to hire the right people in an objective and competency-based manner. Besides the CS team you’re part of, you’ll be integrating a lot of your work with our Science team too - you’re the linking pin between the two teams. You'll be working closely with our customer success colleagues and you’ll report to Julie, our Head of CS.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Analyse the needs of customers and translate these to competency profiles;
  • Design and give trainings to our customers to make sure they understand our product;
  • Inform our science (and product) teams about how our customers use the product and what they might need to maximise their use of it. 

About you

You are a professional with a background in Organisational Psychology, who believes in the connection between growing talent and overall business success. You thrive when you are able to help our customers in their journey to unbiased hiring, by developing authentic approaches to identifying top talent, scale their processes, and create a more inclusive and diverse workforce. You enjoy creating long lasting relationships with our customers and you have (some) experience in doing this with enterprise companies. Your knowledge on selection, recruitment combined with your commercial mindset will bring value to our customers and Equalture.

Some things on our wish list:

  • You’re a native Dutch speaker and speak English fluently (level C2 or bi-langual native, hard requirement);
  • We’re not your first employer (hard requirement);
  • You have a background in organisational psychology and understand how to read and interpret scientific research papers, including some basic knowledge on statistics. This could come from a degree in this area or relevant courses/classes for example. (hard requirement);
  • You have knowledge about some or all of the following topics: Selection and recruitment processes, assessments, job (characteristics) analyses, employee training and development, and organisational culture.;
  • Preferably you have experience in a customer facing role.
