We introduce a new way of hiring - unbiased and objective. This needs some explaining sometimes. As our Organisational Psychologist, you’ll be responsible for consulting customers on how to use our tool correctly. You’ll support them in interpreting reports and how these can be used to develop talents. In addition, you help them to define the hiring needs per role (looking at cognition and behaviour).. This role is perfect for you if you like to work alongside customers and help to hire the right people in an objective and competency-based manner. Besides the CS team you’re part of, you’ll be integrating a lot of your work with our Science team too - you’re the linking pin between the two teams. You'll be working closely with our customer success colleagues and you’ll report to Julie, our Head of CS.

You are a professional with a background in Organisational Psychology, who believes in the connection between growing talent and overall business success. You thrive when you are able to help our customers in their journey to unbiased hiring, by developing authentic approaches to identifying top talent, scale their processes, and create a more inclusive and diverse workforce. You enjoy creating long lasting relationships with our customers and you have (some) experience in doing this with enterprise companies. Your knowledge on selection, recruitment combined with your commercial mindset will bring value to our customers and Equalture.
