We're looking for an all-round marketer who has takes special interest in event management. The marketing team is always working on new campaigns and projects. As an addition to our team we're looking for someone who likes getting creative and is able to produce content in any way shape or form. Growth is key in our team, as a professional but also as a business. In order to achieve our growth goals the power of community is one of the pillars we rely on. We bring our community together at multiple events throughout the year including our flagship event; The Breaking Bias Summit. We need you to make sure these events are exceptionally well-organised and successful.
These are things you will be doing on a regular day:
Create a blog, write a video script, host a webinar, organise a podcast, shoot low-fi video
Manage our event calendar, we’re present at all the right events
Take ownership of the organisation of our own events
Organise marketing collaborations with our partners
Brainstorm with the marketing team for new campaign ideas
Join a Sales or CS call to be able to share the latest learnings with the rest of the marketing team.
You have already checked out our vision and mission and this is something that strongly resonates with you. Ideally, you already bring your own network in the HR-tech scene and can’t wait to expand your network even further (but this is not a must). You love to explore new ideas and are self-starting turning your ideas into something great. Working in a fast-paced environment is something that suits you and gets your creative juices flowing.
Required:
Professional English & Dutch Proficiency;
You’re organised;
You have an affinity with SaaS, Tech and Recruitment.
Ideally we are your second or third employer (no need for specific marketing experience!)
