About the job

In this role you work on complex and strategic enterprise sales cycles with the CCO and our head of sales. You present our product on-site or online, work on a deal plan and think of implementation with potential new customers. At the same time you work on growing your network in the industry. You also go to events to network and expand your network in this industry. You'll work closely with both Fleur (our CCO) as well as our amazing SDRs who will enable you to be prepared for every opportunity. Also, you'll work closely with and report to our Head of Sales Sophie.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • You engage in different types of sales activities such as calls, social engagement, on-site meetings, general presentations.
  • You work on gathering industry insights, and act as a consultant for the enterprise deals you are working on.
  • You work with Customer Success and our Science team to gain more knowledge and convey that to enterprise organizations in the pipeline.
  • Think along on a strategic level - share the learnings that you see in conversations with potential customers and work with the Head of Sales on where the product needs to grow towards to improve MRR growth.

About you

Communication is key in this role. You truly believe in what we do, what we stand for and you’re able to make others just as excited. Whether it is in conversations or in writing - you know who you’re talking to and how to listen. We’re looking for someone who already has professional experience, which means we’re not your first employer.

Some things on our wish list:

  • Fluency in English and Dutch (hard requirement);
  • Experience in commercial role, preferably in AE (hard requirement);
  • Preferably worked in HR / Recruitment field before;
